Quran is an extraordinary book, a one of a kind, and the greatest creation than other creatures. Our prophet left two things as a guidance for us; Quran and Sunnah. It contains all rules in Islam, knowledge about science and others. In terms of science, there are many information relate to science in the universe and the creatures of Earth, such as the human needs the oxygen to breath. As said in Quran, the oxygen will decrease at high place like in the sky. Even non-muslim scientists do many research in searching of scientifical benefits. It also brings benefits to the reciters and memorizers of Quran.
Besides that, by reading and memorizing Quran, we will fulfill our Islamic duties as muslims. Rewards will be given to the ones who never neglect their duties. It is also said that we will get ten rewards for each letter that we read. For instance, by reading ‘ya’ and ‘siin’ you would get twenty rewards. By just listening to someone who reads Quran, we would also get rewards. It is not that hard to embrace the sweetness of paradise, but it is also not easy to feel the heat of hell.
Moreover, Quran also will help us on the Day of judgement. To illustrate, the memorizer of Quran will be dignified by all humans and also the angels. Allah will grant the crown to their parents as honourabe for them. However, it will against you in the Day of Judgement if you neglect or do not practice the rules in it.
By memorizing Quran, we get to sharpen our memory and improves our mind. It was proven that everytime we memorize a verse from Quran, our brain cells will develop multipl. Thus, making us more successful in our studies.
My advice to the readers, read and memorize Quran and you will get all the benefits of life and the afterworld. Though reading Quran, it will always stand at your side and help you on the Day of Judgement..Insya-Allah...^_^
